Complaints Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Machinescash Concrete wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
- Your experience when you called or messaged Machinescash Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Site content that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we matched you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Then let us know as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Machinescash Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.
Steps to File
Email contact@machinescash.beer and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you have it 5. A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Resolved?
If our reply does not settle things, respond and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
